Really good Stay in Central Location!!!

The location proved convenient. I could easily walk to two tube stations and several museums. The room was spacious for two people and boasted several large windows, which I appreciated. I found the regular supply of bottled water thoughtful. A large table, electrical kettle, and fridge enhanced my convenience.

The alleyway entrance was a little difficult to find initially.

The owners were nice and super helpful. Their attentiveness greatly improved the stay. Daily cleaning and little gestures, such as chocolate and water bottles. They really cared about my comfort.

the central location was convenient for getting around.

The external private bathroom was inconvenient. i really didn't like having to walk down the hall, especially at night. also, the room needed some serious updating. The furniture was worn and the mattress was terribly uncomfortable!!!

The location is great. It is right in the heart of the theater district. The room was clean. A friendly staff member gave us tips about the area.

Nobody was available when I arrived. I had to ring the doorbell several times. The alleyway at night did not feel safe. It could benefit from better lighting.

I was so happy about the location, it was super convenient to everything i wanted to see! the hosts were great too. I couldn't have asked for better service from them. they even helped me with my bags at check-in (that was very kind!).

i did notice the alleyway to the entrance wasn't very well lit, and it felt a bit unsafe when i arrived late one night. more lighting there would really improve the experience !

Many dining options are very close. The area has lots of places to eat around the facility. the accessibility offers many choices, from quick bites to sit-down restaurants for a relaxed experience. i especially loved trying out different cuisines just steps away.

The room was a double room with a private external bathroom. inside, the room was very clean and spacious. It also had a high-quality bed linen. plus, there was plenty of closet space, always a plus when i'm travelling!

the hosts are friendly and cute, which really makes a difference. i requested a refrigerator, and they provided one, so I could keep my drinks cool (so thoughtful!). i also appreciated the available assistance with luggage during check-out.
